A quick and easy recipe for a tasty cannabis chocolate dessert that will have you and all your evening guests comfortably buzzing away. Great for the sweet-toothed cannabis enthusiast!
1 hour cooking max
6-7 hours setting time
Two saucepans
A colander
A bowl
Desert cups or pudding shapes
Measuring cup and scale
Cannabutter 100gr
Whole milk 1 liter
Cornstarch 90gr
Cacao powder 100gr
Vanilla sugar 8gr
Granulated sugar 150gr
Egg 1pc
1. Put one glass of milk aside and boil the rest in a saucepan. While the milk is slowly heating up sift the cocoa powder, the cornstarch and the vanilla sugar over a bowl and mix the three together.
2. Melt the butter in another pan while slowly heating it up and stir in the cocoa powder mixture.
3. Next, add the egg and the glass of cold milk.
4.Stir it all up good again, and add the heated milk and the granulated sugar. Keep stirring until the mixture gets more solid, this should take between 2-5 minutes.
5.Turn off the stove and divide the chocolate pudding between 8 dessert dishes or pudding shapes, and put in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours to stiffen up.
6. To spice things up, why not add some small marshmallows or mint leaves. Add these after serving.
